Aruba is not very big and is easy to explore by rental car.
A rental car is much more expenive than for example on Curacao.
To explore the northside of the island a for wheel driving jeep is recommended.
On many area's there are not roads just dirt roads and this is almost not to
do with a normal car.
Travel from your hotel to Oranjestad can be done by bus ( cheap ) and taxi.
The fare for a taxi from like Palm Beach to Oranjestad costs $ 10-15.
Arrange the fare before you leave with the taxi because the taxi's don't have a meter.
Bike rental on Aruba is nearly impossilble
